In this two-hour workshop we will combine Hatha yoga with a guided meditation. Using seven yoga poses (asanas) that coincide with the seven chakras (energy centers), we will integrate the space within ourselves on both a physical and psychic level. Through this integration, we will gain a more complete picture of who we are and our potential.
The Union (yoga) of movement and visualization regenerates the body, mind and spirit and creates a powerful force for healing. Prepare to find peace and to calm the mind-body connection.
The goal of this evening is a deeper integration of self.
We'll use a guided meditation to better understand the nature of the Asanas.
Wear loose-fitting clothing and bring a bottle of water if desired.
