The Ayurvedic Herbal tradition is at least 5000 years old and uses about 3200 herbs. Of these there are about a dozen that are both easily accessible and incredibly useful in their versatility. We will focus on matching these herbs to specific constitutions in order to attain optimal balance, strength and potential of the mind, body and Spirit.

Jager has lived in India 8 out
of the last 15 years where he studies and practices various Vedic
Sciences
including Advaita, Yoga, Ayurveda and Jyotish. He founded and currently
works
for the herb companies Om Organics and Organic India, which supports
over
100,000 people in India while supplying what most experts claim to be
the
highest quality herbs coming out of India today. He worked for several
years on
the board of the California Association of Ayurvedic Medicine and is
presently
on the editorial boards of ‘Light on Ayurveda Journal’ and the
‘American Herbal
Pharmacopoeia.’ He has taught numerous courses and is on the staffs of
the
Rishikesh College of Ayurveda and the Vedic Vidya Institute. He has
consulted
and designed formulas for many companies including Christy Turlington’s
line of
Ayurvedic cosmetics. He also has authored several well-acclaimed books
on Vedic
topics and has published dozens of articles and herb photographs in
magazines
like Yoga Times, Yoga Journal, LA Yoga, Light on Ayurveda.
