Ever feel like you’re “captive on a merry-go-round of time?”
If it feels like your head (or your life) is going around in circles, it may be that you are not centered in your
core, but rather riding the periphery of your merry-go-round, where it spins ever faster the farther out you go!
We would like to offer you a weekend to step out of the whirlwind of life and into
the Eye of the Hurricane, your “Self”, where all is still, peaceful, calm, and relaxed.
It is here in the central core of your being that you are truly rejuvenated, awakened, and “at one”.
This will be a weekend to breathe, to feel, and to experience the core of your Self.
We will use a variety of tools beginning with your astrological birthchart (a map of your soul),
QiGong, Yoga (hatha, raja, and kundalini), diet, breathwork, meditation and personal time to relax,
get centered, and reconnect with your deepest soul desires for coming into this life.
Imagine waking in beautiful surroundings, treating your body to healthy food, stretching, walking
in nature, and then gathering to explore the meaning, purpose, and process creating your life events.
Your birth chart reflects the unconscious emotional patterns that can hold/lock unhealthy beliefs.
By using breath, movement and meditation to clear and release these blocks, you will experience a
profound shift in your consciousness which will in turn, radically change your life experience.
This is a weekend to “get back in your body”, align your physical body with your emotional, mental
and spiritual bodies, and from this place of understanding, feel good about yourself, your life, and your future.
