What is Dreamtime Yoga

Aboriginal Dreamtime is about creation. Stories created by the ancients to explain how things came into being like the animals, rivers, trees, mountains and human beings. Dreamtime reminds us that we are weaving a fabric of illusion and manifestation.

Yoga means "Union". Yoga is about merging the core of our essence with our physical reality while reminding us of the nature of illusion.

Dreamtime Yoga tells a story of Being into Becoming. This is a story of individuation and universal connectedness. No matter the vehicle used to create oneself or to unfold oneself it is all part of the vast ocean of Dreamtime possibility and the Science of Yoga.

"I am the Sun. I burst forth rays of light stretching from one end of the Earth to the other. I touch people, and places and I belong to all things beyond realms of perceptual understanding. I am the concept of death and rebirth, sinking from view at dusk and rising to view at dawn. I give contrast to shape and form. I stir the elements into action and allow them a period of rest and rejuvenation. There are no secrets sustainable from the height of my light. I am in the soul of all beings and the soul of all beings is in me."
